Connecting the Dots through Culture offers a limited edition series of resources and tools designed to assist your team or organisation in embedding Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islanders perspective into your everyday practices in Early Childhood, Education and Care.

The fabrics that are used to make these products may vary due to stock availability. There is a beautiful range of fabrics that are authentic and have been designed by Aboriginal and or Torres Strait Islander artists. Each product will come with a story from the artist who has designed the artwork for the fabric.

Shipping Policy

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary. All physical products will be shipped by domestic post within 7 days of ordering, depending on availability. For individual tracking information you should contact the Connecting the Dots through Culture team within 7 days of your purchase.

All domestic shipping has a flat rate of $14.95 AUD or $20 AUD for express postage. All international shipping has a flat rate of $20 AUD. Weighted products may incur an additional shipping cost. Any other product with specific shipping requirements, for example pre-orders will define any additional costs during checkout.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 1075 Weipa 4874 QLD. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Products with obvious signs of use.
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl records that have been opened.
  • Any item which is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we will provide further instructions.

Online Offerings

All Content, such as text, data, graphics files, videos and sound files, and other materials contained in the online offerings, are copyrighted unless otherwise noted and are the property of Connecting the Dots through Culture and/or a supplier to the Company.

While Connecting the Dots through Culture uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information in the online offerings, we make no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. Connecting the Dots through Culture assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the online offerings.

When you register with Connecting the Dots through Culture and/or this Site, you expressly consent to receive any notices, announcements, agreements, disclosures, reports, documents, communications concerning new products or services, or other records or correspondence from the Company. You consent to receive notices electronically by way of transmitting the notice to you by email.

If you send comments or suggestions about the online offerings to Connecting the Dots through Culture, including, but not limited to, notes, text, drawings, images, designs or computer programs, such submissions shall become, and shall remain, the sole property of the Company. Connecting the Dots through Culture shall exclusively own all rights to, and shall be entitled to unrestricted use, publication, and dissemination as to all such submissions for any purpose, commercial or otherwise without any acknowledgment or compensation to you.
