This is a monthly LIVE 2 HOUR ONLINE INTERACTIVE opportunity for Managers, Directors and Educational Leaders wanting to lead their teams to becoming unconsciously confident in the way they embed Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse perspectives into their practice, environments, and everyday programs.

Having a program that successfully embeds diverse cultural perspectives for Managers, Directors and Educational Leaders is evident when teams confidently embrace new ways to embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives and other diverse cultures from around the world into their practice and programs.
The Weaving and Connecting to Cultural Understanding Mentoring Program will enable Managers, Directors and Educational Leaders to do this authentically and respectfully using new-found knowledge to lead and guide their teams to also do this with confidence and courage.

Our mentorship program will support managers, directors, and educational leaders to gain new knowledge and understanding and grow their confidence over time. These learnings will begin to filter through the whole organisation, from the leadership team to educators, to their Future Old People, onto their families and into their local Community. The organisation will learn how to Weave & Connect into their Community and become confident in their ability to embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives across the whole organisation, from the street to their indoor and outdoor environments.
